Hi! I'd like to talk about my research on how established companies design new business models and new business ventures. A particular interesting case is how ProSiebenSat.1 (Germany's largest TV network www.prosieben.com) launched its media-for-equity and media-for-revenue-share business (www.sevenventures.com) using a design thinking process, a process of finding opportunities, and designing the new business in a iterative bias towards action fashion.
